That cuts mismatch on both sides: theirs (hiring the wrong person off paper) and yours (joining a company that turns out wrong).

AI generates a skill evaluation report from your real activity over the last 6 months — commits, language mix, and repositories. It covers your public repos plus any private repos you grant read access to (private-repo data is anonymized; your code is never made public). Because it's backed by what you actually built rather than a self-reported skill sheet, companies grasp your ability at a glance — and since activity auto-syncs, the report always reflects your "now."

When you create your profile, you can list company email domains we'll block from viewing — so even if your link leaks, they won't get in. saiyouba is built like GitHub or LinkedIn for engineers: a long-lived showcase you keep updating whether you're job-hunting or not, so the profile itself never signals "looking right now."
